Engineering Services
We can offer the following Engineering Services for customers due to our contacts, experience, and specialised knowledge:
- Professional wheel building using new zinc plated spokes and nipples, also quality alloy rims in most commonly available sizes and styles.
- Stripping and re-plating of zinc plated fasteners and fittings.
- Grit or Shot Blasting, priming and painting in genuine IRR NATO matt green paint.
- Re-lined Front and Rear Brake Shoes generally on an exchange basis only now.
- Rear Shock Absorbers/Dampers to OEM specification for damping and spring rate by NJB.
- Quality pattern Electrical Wiring Looms - UK made in either version (bullets or block connectors - look in the headlamp and you'll see which type you have).
Also, there are usually at least two machines being dismantled for spares at any one time. The original BETOR and the replacement Marzocchi 35mm Front Forks proving particularly popular in the pre-1965 Scrambler world.
